The Pete Store LLC, today announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase the Peterbilt franchise rights for a substantial portion of the state of Massachusetts.
The acquisition means The Pete Store will become the exclusive full-service Peterbilt dealer for the majority of Massachusetts including Berkshire, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Worcester counties.
The company says they have selected a 15.5 acre site in Norfolk County for the first location in the area. Work has started on the site located at 116 Washington Street in Plainville, MA. The initial phase of upgrades are expected to be completed by May.
