Overview

This is a 2026 Peterbilt Model 567 Conventional day cab tri-axle dump truck, VIN 1NPCX4EX4VD847909. It's configured for construction materials hauling in construction dump, on/off-highway service, powered by a Cummins X15 engine paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P automatic transmission and a Watson-Chalin self-steering pusher axle. The truck carries a 16'6" TCM steel dump body and is rated at 78,350 lbs GVWR with a maximum grade rating of 6%.

Engine & Drivetrain

The truck is powered by a Cummins X15 rated 450 HP @ 1900 RPM, governed at 2000 RPM, with 1650 lb-ft of torque at 950 RPM (PROD Series, 2024 emissions). Power routes through an Allison 4500 RDS-P transmission, Gen 6 Rugged Duty Series, in a 6-speed configuration with Allison World Trans primary shift schedule 2 and HS/RDS package 223. The transmission runs a TC-531 torque converter, Allison Neutral at Stop, auto-neutral activation with the parking brake, and a dash-mounted push-button shifter. Driveline components include an RPL20 interaxle driveline and an RPL25 SD driveline with one midship bearing. Chassis & Axles

The frame uses 10-3/4" steel rails to 354" with 3/8" rail thickness and a full steel inner liner, HD iron front spring brackets front and rear, and aluminum frame rail crossmembers (excluding suspension), with a square end-of-frame and no rear crossmember. Two Holland TH-10050 tow hooks are mounted at the end of frame.

Steering is handled by a PACCAR FX-20 steer axle rated 20,000 lbs with a 4" drop and PACCAR FX wide track, using a Sheppard HD94 dual-gear power steering system with a frame-mounted, cooled reservoir. Front brakes are Bendix air disc ADB22X with PHP10 iron preset-plus hubs.

The rear axle is a Meritor RT46-164E rated 46,000 lbs with 5/8" wall thickness and a 4.30 ratio, supplemented by a Watson-Chalin SL13 self-steering pusher axle rated 13,500 lbs (including one air tank) spaced 49 inches from the centerline of the forward drive axle. Rear brakes are Bendix air disc ADB22X on the tandem drive axle with differential lock and speed interlock. Hubs are PHP10 aluminum preset-plus air disc on the drive axles and PHP10 iron preset-plus cast drum on the self-steering pusher axle. The lift axle includes a regulator and gauge with a driver's-seat-side switch and dash gauge, and the axle stows low to maximize body clearance. The truck is equipped with a 6S6M anti-lock braking system with an off-road ABS switch, tire pressure monitoring, and synthetic axle lubricant on all axles.

Air system equipment includes a Bendix AD-HF EP air dryer with heater, coalescing filter, and extended purge, steel painted air tanks with pull cords, nylon chassis hose, and a dash-mounted self-returning brake hand valve. Body connections are provided 5 feet back of cab, with a 7-way AE connector strapped to the rail at the end of frame. An aluminum space-saver battery box is mounted right-hand back of cab with side access, and the truck carries a tapered chrome steel bumper with two tow points and a heavy-duty external tow eye.

Suspension

The front suspension uses taper leaf springs and shocks rated 20,000 lbs, with Tenneco shocks on the steer axle. The rear suspension is a Hendrickson HMX EX 460 rated 46,000 lbs, featuring 54" Haulmaax with a 70K creep rating and matched shock absorbers. The cab rides on cab air suspension.

Cab & Interior

The truck features a VOC 121 BBC aluminum cab and Metton hood with SFFA, a stainless steel crown and grille, and tilt assist — configured as a day cab with no sleeper. The interior is finished in Prestige trim, Sterling Gray, with a thermal insulation package in the cab. The driver's seat is a premium-level Peterbilt LX with air ride, high back, Mordura material, and black seat color; the passenger seat is a Peterbilt ST non-adjustable seat, non-air ride, high back, in Mordura material. Driver's armrests are fitted on both sides, along with a toolbox under the non-suspension passenger seat.

The cab includes a multi-function steering wheel (PB logo, audio, cruise control) on an adjustable tilt/telescope column, power door locks and power windows, a one-piece curved windshield, a one-piece fixed glass rear window, and electric windshield wipers with intermittent feature. Climate control is a combination fresh-air heater/air conditioner with an additional fine particulate filter. Mirrors include vanity mirrors on the inside sun visors, a stainless steel outside sun visor, a motorized/heated aero rear-view mirror with integrated convex lens in body color, and a black-housing look-down mirror over the passenger door. An exterior cab entry grabhandle (textured, NFPA compliant) and 4.5"-wide rubber fender lips are also fitted.

Electronics and entertainment include a ConcertClass AM/FM radio with weatherband and 3.5mm aux input, a standard two-speaker package, Bluetooth phone and audio with USB port, and a Uniden PC78LTX CB radio mounted at the center of the header with a low-mount antenna on the left cowl. The truck is equipped with global telematics hardware and wiring provisions for telematics, including J1939, power, and ground connections. A rear wall map/record pocket is included, along with a 15-inch digital cluster display showing engine oil temperature, transmission oil temperature, air filter restriction pressure, brake application air pressure, engine hourmeter, engine PTO hourmeter, engine manifold pressure (turbo boost), engine percent torque, and pusher axle pressure. Two additional dash switches with wiring behind the dash are provided.

Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher mounted inboard of the driver's seat, a triangle reflector kit shipped loose, and a 107 dB backup alarm. Lighting includes projector-module headlights with fender-mounted turn signals, daytime running lights, self-canceling turn signals, five aero LED marker lights, and flange-mounted LED stop/turn/tail/backup lights, along with wiring for a factory or field-installed beacon/strobe at the rear sill. The exterior is finished in a single-color Axalta two-stage paint — white cab, hood, fender, hood top, and cab roof, with a black frame.

Body & Equipment

Rear drive tires are Bridgestone 14-ply 11R22.5 M713 Ecopia (eight total), mounted on Accuride 40008SP 22.5x8.25 aluminum wheels with standard polish. The self-steering pusher axle rides on two Bridgestone 14-ply 295/75R22.5 R273 Ecopia tires mounted on matching Accuride 40008SP 22.5x8.25 aluminum wheels.
