Overview
This 2025 Peterbilt 567 conventional day cab is configured for refuse, scrap, and recycling hauling in a refuse/on-highway roll-off application, fitted with an American Roll-Off ART75-22 cable hoist system.

Engine & Drivetrain
Powered by a Cummins X15 rated at 450 HP (governed at 2,000 RPM) with 1,650 lb-ft of torque at 950 RPM, 2024-emissions PROD Series. Built on PACCAR's EMUX electronics architecture with idle shutdown timer enabled and a typical operating speed of 65 MPH; powertrain optimized for frequent start/stop duty cycles. Paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P Rugged Duty Series transmission, Gen 6, in a 6-speed configuration with a dash-mounted push-button shifter, Allison Neutral at Stop, and auto-neutral activation with the parking brake. Equipped with an Intebrake engine compression brake, an RPL25 SD driveline with 2 midship bearings, and a 4.10 rear axle ratio. Additional engine equipment includes a 300-amp 40SI brushless alternator, PACCAR premium starter, immersion-type block heater, 2-speed fan clutch, dual self-cleaning pre-cleaners, PACCAR fuel/water separator, high-efficiency cooling system, and a single RH-side vertical exhaust with DPF/SCR under cab.

Chassis & Axles
Front axle: PACCAR FX-20 rated 20,000 lbs with a 4" drop, taper leaf springs, and TRW THP60 dual-gear power steering. Rear axle: Meritor RT46-160 rated 46,000 lbs, paired with a Hendrickson self-steering pusher axle rated 13,500 lbs (49" spacing from the forward drive axle centerline). GAWR is 20,000 lbs front / 23,000 lbs rear, with a 79,500 lb GVWR and 79,500 lb GCW. Wheelbase measures 262", with a 74.10" FAX/BOC and 187.90" cab-to-axle dimension. Frame consists of 10-3/4" steel rails at 3/8" thickness to 354", with a full steel inner liner, HD iron front spring brackets, and aluminum frame rail crossmembers. Maximum grade rating is 6%. Braking includes air disc front brakes, Bendix air-cam rear drum brakes, upsized parking brakes, ABS (6S6M), Bendix ESP electronic stability program, and a differential lock on the tandem axles with speed interlock. Also equipped with tire pressure monitoring and synthetic axle lubricant on all axles.

Suspension
Rear suspension is a Hendrickson RT463 rated 46,000 lbs with a 54" spread air suspension; the self-steering pusher axle rides on a Hendrickson EXSO13 roll-off pusher suspension rated 13,500 lbs, including one air tank. The cab itself sits on air suspension for added ride comfort. Lift axle controls are frame-mounted with a dash-located switch and gauge, and the lifted axle stows low to maximize body clearance.

Cab & Interior
Aluminum day cab with Metton hood, stainless steel crown and grille, and tilt assist. Premier interior finished in Sterling Gray with rubber flooring. Peterbilt ST driver and non-adjustable passenger seats in black, air-ride driver seat, high-back vinyl seating. Multi-function steering wheel with integrated audio and cruise controls on a tilt/telescoping column. SmartSound cab insulation package and cab air suspension for reduced noise and vibration. ConcertClass AM/FM radio with weatherband, 3.5mm aux input, USB port, and a 2-speaker package. One-piece curved windshield, power door locks and windows, and a combo fresh-air heater/AC with an additional fine particulate filter. Motorized, heated Peterbilt aero mirrors with integrated convex lenses, plus round hood-mounted mirrors and a look-down mirror over the passenger door. Digital 15" instrument cluster with bright-bezel gauges, including front and rear drive axle oil temperature, engine oil temperature, and pusher axle pressure. Global telematics hardware is included, supported by a 5-year SmartLinq subscription. Toolbox under the passenger seat, stainless steel outside sunvisor, and a textured, NFPA-compliant cab entry grabhandle.

Body & Equipment
Fitted with an American Roll-Off ART75-22 cable hoist system (75,000 lb lifting capacity, 289" standard hoist length) with a hinge apron, sized for a 12–22 ft body length range (optimum 18–22 ft) and a maximum dump angle of 48–51°. The mounted roll-off body measures 264" long by 120" high with a 70,000 lb max laden weight rating. Additional body equipment includes an LED lighting kit, mid-body turn signal upgrade, M200 tandem plastic fender kit, a Pioneer RP4500 SARG electric tarp system, a 48"x18"x18" toolbox, and a 2-bank air control with select valve.

Tires & Wheels
Front: 425/65R22.5 HAC3 tires, 20-ply, TPMS-equipped, on Alcoa 22.5x13.00 high-polish aluminum wheels. Rear drive: 11R24.5 Continental HDR2+ tires, 16-ply, on Alcoa 24.5x8.25 high-polish aluminum wheels. Self-steering pusher axle: (2) 315/80R22.5 M870 tires, 20-ply, on Alcoa 22.5x9.00 high-polish aluminum wheels.
