The Pete Store Breaks Ground On Flagship Massachusetts Facility; Announces Additional Locations
Boston, MA — October 1, 2018
The Pete Store, LLC today announced it has broken ground on its flagship facility in Plainville, MA that will serve as headquarters for operations in the state. In addition, the company plans to add two new locations in Massachusetts next month including a full-service dealership in Fitchburg, MA and a parts-only facility in Tewksbury, MA.
“I believe the significant investment we’re making in Plainville along with these additional locations, help demonstrate our long-term commitment to serving customers in the region,” said John C. Arscott, CEO of The Pete Store, LLC.
The company’s 45,000 sq.ft. regional headquarters will be situated on a 15.87-acre site in Plainville, MA on Route 1. The facility will feature 20 service bays, a 6,000 sq.ft. parts warehouse and 12,800 feet of office space to house management, administration and support staff. Construction will be complete by the Summer of 2019 and the total project cost is expected to be $15M.
The Fitchburg location is slated to open on October 22nd and will feature a fully stocked parts inventory, factory certified technicians along with a complete selection of new and used Peterbilt trucks. The facility is ideally located for easy access to I-190, Route 2 and I-495.

The Tewksbury location is due to open on October 22nd and will be a parts-only facility to support customers on the north shore with a full selection of Peterbilt, PACCAR, Cummins, TRP, and All Makes parts. The location was selected for its easy access to I-93, I-495 and I-95, to enable expedited delivery to customers in the region.
